All payments are processed securely through our integrated payment partners. Drakuta may charge a service fee as disclosed during the project posting process.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables become the property of the client upon full payment. Professionals retain the right to showcase completed work in their portfolios.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or behave in a manner detrimental to the community.
